Pete Carroll was asked at his weekly press conference what he thought about UCLA’s ad that states: “the football monopoly in Los Angeles is officially over.” He was asked what he thought about Rick Neuheisel saying this.
“It’s like the presidential race,” Carroll said. “The guy’s got to say I endorse this.”
Asked again if he thought the monopoly was over, Carroll said: “I never knew there was domination in football.”
