Here is the 10th set of answers. There will be one more set after this.

Can you write more stories about the differences between the coaches from last year to this year? I found the article about the snap counts very interesting.
I will try to do some of that, but I don't want to spend too much time reliving the deficiencies of the last staff.

How has Nate Chandler looked at offensive tackle in the practice sessions? Does he need to get bigger and stronger before he can contribute?
I'm told the first three days went well, and I plan to talk to OL coach Bob Palcic about it soon. I know he needs to get bigger and stronger, but depth concerns may force him to contribute before that happens.

have u noticed a differnce in the way the team practices over the old coaching staff? If so, in what way(s)?
It is much faster paced, and mistakes are not met with an "it's ok, they are learning'' attitude.

I know you spent some years following the Dodgers so you had the good fortune of visiting some cool cities. So I ask, best stadium\city, worst stadium\city.
Best stadium is whatever they call the one in San Francisco now, and that is also the best city. Wrigley Field and Chicago are a close second, and Yankee Stadium and Pittsburgh's stadium are also nice.
Worst stadium was old Three Rivers (Pittsburgh), County Stadium (Milwaukee) and Riverfront (Cincinnati). Worst cities were Milwaukee, Miami (the humidity) and Detroit.

Also, favorite steakhouse or restaurant you visited through your travels and the most unusual travel experience you had in that time.
Favorite place to eat was Ray's Pizza in the Village in New York, Pat's cheese steaks in Philly and Denver (Samba Room?) and Miami (Don Ramone's?) each had a great Cuban place.

if you were only allowed one last meal but you had to share it with someone would it be a) Kevin Malone B)Tommy Lasorda C) Bobby K D)J Reid E) Starve alone

With this list, I'd go hungry. Hey, and give me a call so we can catch up.

How did Sonny Tevaga look during his stint with the first team offensive line after Glicksburg became ill?
Next question. ...In all seriousness, he had some difficulties.

does the staff still have a shot at Brandon Sermons??
My sources say UCLA has a very good shot at Sermons because of some coaching staff connections.

About Inside UCLA

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
