Here is the 13th installment of this weeks Q&A:

What is Karl Dorrell doing now? Has he gotten a new coaching job?
He is the receivers coach with the NFL's Miami Dolphins.

Is there any chance that both Theriot and Chane Moline are used in the same offensive play?
Yeah, especially in short-yardage situations.

I haven't heard much news regarding Dominique Johnson. Is this going to be a break out year for him or do you see him as a guy with great size and potential who never really pans out (a la Brian Poli-Dixon)?
Johnson has to first learn how to go 100 percent on every play in practice before he has a breakout season. Otherwise, he will get passed over by the freshmen.

You've said that 6 or 7 wins is all that should be expected out of this year's team. That being said, if the bounces go the Bruins' way (similar to '05), what is the best case scenario as far as wins and losses?
I think the best case scenario has UCLA winning eight games because the schedule is brutal and the talent on offense is suspect. And by the way, I believe I said if UCLA won six games, it would be a great season. I don't think I said 6 of 7 wins should be expected, because I don't expect six wins.

Since it's inevitable DeWayne Walker will have a head coaching gig in the near future, do you see his replacement as A) Someone within the program, B) A veteran, respected defensive coach with no head coaching aspirations, or C) A relative unknown who's considered a rising star (like Walker was when he was hired)?
From the names I heard Neuheisel is thinking about, I will say my first choice is none of the above. And no, I'm not mentioning the names I already heard.

Do you know if Darius Savage has pro potential in track and field? Are the coaches worried he may leave football to concentrate solely on track and field or will he do that after his college football career is over?
I wouldn't know if he does, but the long-time track coach (Art Venegas) at UCLA believes he does. In fact, I wrote a story in June in which Venegas said Savage with by an Olympic gold medal winner if he devoted all his time to track and field.

Did you say you were going to get croc shoes instead of the rutgers shoes?
I do love crocs, and wear them often. Now, if someone could get me a pair of Rutgers crocs, that would be outstanding.

Looking into your crystal ball 3 seasons from now, between RN, DW, & NC, how many of the three will still be on the coaching staff? If the answer is only 1, how much urgency does that put on RN to put a winner on the field in the next couple of seasons?
I really dislike these questions since it is nothing more than a waste of energy. That said, I think at least two of them are still with the program, but the sense of urgency to win won't come until 2010, at the earliest.

I noticed how much smaller chase moline has gotten at practice and checked the roster and he is now listed in the 240s. Is that weight still accurate? How can the coaching staff expect him to contribute at d-tackle at that size?
That weight is accurate. He can contribute, if need be, because he has good quickness and technique. But if he is asked to play a lot, there will be trouble anyway because it means Brian Price and Brigham Harwell are both injured.

About Inside UCLA

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
