Here is the notebook I wrote in today's paper.
Also, here is what senior Michael Norris said about competing with red-shirt freshman Courtney Viney and true freshman Aaron Hester for the starting left cornerback spot.
"The way I see it, it's kind of one of those things where, may the best man win,'' Norris said. "I'll do whatever I can do to make the team better. I'm going to come prepared because if one of us goes down, the next guy has to be ready.
"I'm not thinking that one of those guys is coming to take my job, but if that's what happens, if it's going to make the team better, it's all fine by me, as long as we're winning games.''
