Futbol talk
Before the college football season really kicks into high gear Saturday, the college futbol season begins for UCLA Friday.
As many of you know, I do enjoy that sport the Americans call soccer, and the 14th-ranked Bruins open the season tonight against No. 8 Maryland at the Home Depot Center at 7 p.m. Those interested can watch it on Fox Soccer Channel.
And for those who do tune in, keep an eye on Bruins defender Brad Rusin (No. 3), who is a smooth player.
