Hoopster on the gridiron

Forgot to mention this a few times, but I will now. UCLA basketball commit Reeves Nelson, a power forward out of Modesto Christrian High, went out for the football team. From what I've heard, he is a tight end/defensive end.

he's a 5-star recruit for basketball.. if he had to try out for the football team, i don't think there's much threat of him choosing a walk-on role over a spot on the starting 5.

college is a time for experimentation, is it not?
