Ringing the Bell

Kahlil Bell had just one carry in Saturday's scrimmage, but he should get some work in tonight. Rick Neuheisel said he should get some work in this evening.
``We'll try to get six (carries for Bell) this afternoon and see where we are and keep monitoring it,'' Neuheisel said.

Since 99% of the bloggers have never experienced playing college football, let me say that the pressure on these kids is enormous. And now they state that Bell, who should be the incumbent but is damaged goods, will get maybe "6 carries" to prove himself.

The pressure on these college coaches is almost as much as the "fans" place on the professional rank.

It's not 6 carries to 'Prove' himself. He's already been named number 1. The reps are in their to keep him in game shape. They don't want to stress that knee because we need him.

Ringing the bell? Which bell? Certainly not the Victory Bell, as that is safely stored in its rightful home across town! Fight on!
