UCLA tailback Raymond Carter had a bruised right knee, and his return is possible.
But, there is always a caveat. UCLA center Micah Reed is down and injured, and the trainers are looking at his right knee. Jake Dean is replacing Reed.

Jake Dean played well in relief of Reed. There were a lot of non-starters who got a chance to play and get some experience. This is about the only relentlessly positive thing to take away from Provo.
