Another weekend visitor

I'm hearing another reason UCLA coaches are not going out recruiting Friday is because they want to be around for Lake City of Coeur d'Alene (Idaho) tight end Billy Sanders, who is expected to be on campus this weekend, although it will be for another unofficial visit.
Sanders is a Miami commit, but spent a few days at UCLA last month.

I'll bet he commits to UCLA. Norm Chow really utilizes the tight ends very well.

I bet he does too. His second trip to UCLA on his own dime because its "unofficial". How can you pass up the chance to work with Norm Chow?

We are way behind on recruiting, and just lost Shaq Evans. Do we really need ALL the coaches to stay home this Friday? Can's some of the coaches go out and recruit?

I don't entirely disagree with you Lloyd Lake, but perhaps working on the game plan preparations for Arizona should be high on their list after getting worked by BYU. We need to at least keep this game close. Two big losses in a row might really do damage in terms of recruiting.

Just another angle!

We need linemen more that WR's. Shaq would have been a good get, but there are probably 59 reasons or so that he chose U$C.

Tight End recruiting is okay, but I'd feel MUCH better if there were some OL and DL players mixed in.

Yes, Norm Chow really utilized his TE effectively in the BYU game. Those were some great TD catches he made. And those UCLA RB's racked up a ton of yards as well.

Hmmm saying it will be for a 'another unofficial visit' before mentioning that he had been here before makes it sound like the Te'o visit is also unofficial. Unless it is, and saying it was official in the other one was incorrect.

I've confused myself beyond repair.

And LloydLake,
I think the problem is that you only get a certain amount of allotted days to go out and see Friday night games, and if any coaches go out it uses up a day. The days are allotted to the program, not to each individual coach. Or at least that's my best explanation.

If 'Any' go out and recruit it counts as one of the six days allowed for the season. So if you can't all go, don't go at all.
