True freshman quarterback Kevin Prince continues to push red-shirt freshman Chris Forcier for the backup spot, and one after-practice staple is the work of Prince on the field.
He is usually one of the last players to leave Spaulding Field, often working with a receiver or two or three, on passes while everyone else is in the locker room.
This week Prince appeared to get more of the second-team reps than Forcier, but during 11-on-11 drills at the end of practice, it was Forcier who got the first call with the second-team offense.

It just sounds like the staff is trying to get them both ready just encase. What's the status on Crissman?
