Savage talk

I spoke to UCLA offensive line coach Bob Palcic about why Darius Savage was with the first team at left guard during practice after serving as Scott Glicksberg's backup in the season opener.
"I just think Darius has a lot of potential, and he needs to get more repetitions," Palcic said. "And all our players know, there's nothing set in stone around here. He's been working hard and I see a lot of improvement in him. I think he's becoming a better player. He's just an inexperienced guy who hasn't played the position before, but over time I've seen some improvements."

I've have no real intelligent comment here, I just wanted to say "Savage" is the the most bad-ass football name ever.
