Moline & Carter
Here the notebook I wrote in today's paper about Chane Moline being the expected starter at running back if Kahlil Bell cannot play. One other thing about this is UCLA running backs coach Wayne Moses said Moline isn't just a straight-ahead runner.
"Chane is a downhill guy that runs well inside the tackles, and you know what? He's got a little more outside (running ability) than you would think, too,'' Moses said. "He's a productive guy. He had a great camp. And, shoot, we're happy with him."

This is

Moline and Carter are garbage.
(...watch everyone jump all over me now)
VB - maybe everyone would not jump all over you if instead of just throwing out an inflamatory judgement you backed it up with some substance.
Ahhhh, the sound of silence as these 2 doofuses go back to read the previous thread and prepare their crow with mango sauce.
VB-Get a life dude.
Carter will be very good. He started running harder against Tennessee, and I think we'll see great improvement from him as he trusts his knee more and more. Moline is really a fullback, and he will be inneffective against BYU. BYU is weak on the edges, where their DE's are slow. That's where we have to attack.
I've got a life, friend. Great job, great wife, season seats. Dohn is my friend. What else could you ask for.
kind of hard to know when youre joking.
one minute your defending the players, another youre saying our team "sucks".
VB said:
I'm not sure why Hall's quote is a big deal? Sure, they are supposed to beat us. They are favored, and we suck. What's the big deal?

It's homers like E3 who can't handle the truth. Dude, I know you probably think we are BCS bound because we beat Tennesee, but the bottom line is that we are still playing with untalented Dorrell players and we need a year or two to build a strong team.
make up your mind actually i know why your here...youre like Hiltons/Spears of the world..attention whores. Hey everyone LOOK AT ME!!!
Stop Quoting this dope.
LOL. I do thrive off the attention I receive for my extreme antics. So here is the solution: IGNORE ME.
And just because I said our team "sucks" doesn't mean I can't say that Moline is a good back. See, you guys are so wholistic. I look at our program in parts. Stop being old men. It is really annoying.
I would like to make a note. The definition of a troll:
"An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion. [Emphasis added]" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet))
VB - just because you claim you only do things to rile people up, doesn't mean you're not still being an ass.
I get the distinct feeling that VB is one of those overlooked, indistinguishable worker ants who has found a secret identity and robust (albeit false) life via this blog. Read what he says: all is perfect - his life, his job, his wife, his season tickets. Even more telling his need to claim Brian as his friend. Brian, is VB your friend? Do the two of you share quality time together? Lastly, VB never backs up his analysis of the players - every comment rings like someone who has always been in the stands and never on the field. Sad. But he won't change because then he would have to be himself once again and by the evidence of his behavior on the blog, that is unacceptable to him.
Wholistic? Now you're attacking my support of natural whealing remedies? WTF is wrong w/you!?!
While Brian Dohn and I have never met personally, we are indeed friends. All of you are my friends. We are all Bruins. Whether you like me or not, I plant my butt in my seat for every football game, rain or shine, supporting the same team you support.
And, I keep the blog thriving. Notice that noone comments unless I say something. Why are you guys so obsessed with me? You're right, I'm nothing like this in person. If you meet me in person, I am actually very friendly and cordial. I only act like an a$$ on here because you guys fall for it every time.
We're all trying to talk some sense into you because you are hindering our enjoyment of an otherwise great blog.
I understand you like attention but it is sad that negative attention is better than none at all for you.
If you could say something intelligent once in a while you might get to experience the real camaraderie that you desperately desire.
In the meantime, grow up and stop acting like an 8th grader.
Okay. Do I NEVER say anything intelligent? I thought there were times that I offered some insightful thoughts. But you are so blinded by your disgust and annoyance with me that you don't care what I have to say, even if it is positive.
For example: Look at the most recent thread. I said that Raymond Carter will be a great back. And someone turns around and tells me to stop "hijacking every comment section."
Why r u guys rippin each other? Whether u like it or not vb is right, we are all bruins and we all support the same team. If u dont like what he has to say, dont read his comments. Take his advice and ignore him. A few comments on a few blogs are not that serious
It is my duty as a more-enlightened Bruin to shepherd poor VB out of the darkness...
Anything good VB has to say tends to get overshadowed by the mountains of nonsense he spews...
VB would gain some credibility if he didn't change his tune from post to post. I know most of the comments are flame bait, but still. Don't say that Carter is garbage in one post, and in the next post say he'll be a great back.
I wish there was a way to ignore or turn hide certain posters' comments.
In regards to this posting, I'm hoping that the 1-2 punch of Moline and Carter can exploit the suspect secondary of BYU. Hopefully they can wear them down, and eventually break it open for a big one. God knows we need a decent running game to keep the pressure off our QB.
Can everybody please stop your comments on VB for future blogs!? I can easily ignore his comments but when everybody is discussing how annoying his comments are then it's difficult to avoid him.
Its an interesting idea but ignoring VB is like ignoring....something that just gets worse if you don't attempt to fix it.
And I think some progress has been made. If we share our feelings and try to understand one another then perhaps we'll learn to compromise and coexist.
If we ignore VB then the work he does that limits the enjoyment that I get reading this blog will increase...or at least not subside.
You know when you're trying to listen to the TV and someone in the room is talking over it, and then everyone goes "SHHHHH" really loud and the shhh-ing is actually louder and more annoying than the original talking? This is kind of like that.
Did someone actually quote from wikipedia? ROFL. Talk about reaching deep for some authoritative material.
I can assure you all that VB is a quite normal fellow. He just loves to provoke blog rats into a fit of frenzy. It is remarkable that his draw is so large that commenting for, against or about VB is irresistable.
I don't know where he gets his in-your-face confrontational demeanor. (Must be from his mother's side of the family! LOL)
Just wait, if UB and PB join in the mayhem, the fun will really begin.
LOL... I learn from the best. UB, OB, PB and BB are all my inspiration. Sports confrontation rules!
"Did someone actually quote from wikipedia? ROFL. Talk about reaching deep for some authoritative material."
With regards to internet slang? Wikipedia would absolutely be a quotable authority.
Unless you feel the good folks at Merriam-Webster have their finger on the pulse of pop culture.
Sure, go right ahead and rely on wikipedia, bud.
Keep "riling up" your fellow Bruin fans with your 8th grade playground approach to humor and analysis...
