I hate to say it and it hurts me most since I live in the south and get nauseous listening to UT, A&M, LSU, Vols fans talk about football ... but the Bruins are going to get their asses handed to them tonight. I hope that they surprise everyone and give them a hell of a fight but I'm not counting on it. Too much against them. But I'm still a Bruin fan through and through and always will be.

I hope I'm wrong but it'll be something like Tenn 31, UCLA 7. But I don't care, I'm just happy the program with CRN is on its way back.

I would love to play these posters in a high-stakes poker game. A ucla victory will not happen, but emotion could keep them in the game until the 4th quarter.

Meanwhile, Brian Dohn has got to be more interested in the Rutgers-Fresno State game. Don't be too upset over the score. Rutgers should have had 6 to 10 points in the first half which would have changed the flow of the game in the second half. But Fresno State clearly showed it was the better team as the game wore on. Still, Fresno State is pretty highly rated, so the season is not over for the Scarlet Knights.

Gee, they showed an aerial view of the Rose Bowl a few minutes before kickoff, and it looked half full. Somehow, a lack of fans detracts from the excitement of a game.

from someone at the game, rose bowl officials did a good job of making the stadium look more full than it actually was. I believe 68k was the official count, but it honestly could have passed for 80k the way it looked from the inside.

Once again, TRUTH is right on...a game totally lacking in excitement!
