Here is the 14th set:

Doesn't the drug policy strike you as lax? Only a one game suspension for a SECOND failed test?
Well, it's a suspension for the THIRD failed test. So, yes, I find that to be a bit lax.

What kind of a senior year has Richard Brehaut had?
Los Osos is 6-2, he's completed 62 percent of his passes for nearly 1,500 yards, 11 TDs and 2 INTs.

I saw that publicly Pete Carroll came out as an Obama supporter. Is there anyway we could use that against him? Who did Rick Neuheisel vote for? It seems Utah recruiting will go down the tubes for SUC.
Got me? Check back in a few years and see how the country is doing, and if it can be blamed on who Pete Carroll voted for. And I'm sure everyone in the state of Utah voted against Obama. In fact, I think I saw where it was a shutout.

The Tennessee Titans lose their final regular season game last year instead of winning and going to the playoffs...do you think Chow (if still fired) is head coach of UCLA right now?
Nope.

Which quarterbacks do you anticipate being on the roster next year and who do you think will be the starter? It's clear that the coaches love Kevin Prince although he was the lowest rated qb coming in. Any chance Kevin Newsome commits or has his offer been rescinded?
Let's think about this. Norm Chow's rating of a quarterback or a recruiting site's rating of a quarterback? Hmmmm.

Favorite Led Zeppelin song? Album?
The Song Remains the Same.

What kind of things do you do pre-game, during-game, and post-game as part of your coverage responsibilities?
I show up about two hours before kickoff (three if VB and boys offer their tailgate goodies to me) and talk to contacts and friends before the game, watch the game and take notes, head to the locker room to talk to players and coaches and then write two or three stories before leaving three hours or so after the game's conclusion.

Could you explain the logic behind inviting a bunch of recruits to the USC game when the Bruins will likely suffer a blowout loss?
Sure, they get to experience an electric atmosphere (at least before the game) in the Rose Bowl, and then the coaching staff can say to the recruits, 'Look, come here and losses like this won't happen any more. And you can play right away.'

Ryan Kasdorf at ND of Sherman Oaks has thrown for 2,400 yds. and 26 tds in the same number of games...and has rushed for another 450 yds while throwing only 4 ints. Even though he's just a junior, a local guy like this MUST be attractive to the program...do the coaches demonstrate any interest in him.

I live in Utah and my wife and I voted for Obama.

Brilliant. We can win over a bunch of young, heavily African-American recruits from the west coast by emphasizing that our rival's coach supported the dastardly Barack Obama. That'll play real well.
