Harassing Fouch
Washington QB Ronnie Fouch was 7 of 22 for 39 yards and two INTs. He was also sacked three times and fumbled once.
"We would have liked to get a few more sacks, but, hey," Bruins defensive end Korey Bosworth said. "The turnovers were huge. We had nothing to lose, so we were head-hunting, trying to get the ball out and create fumbles or interceptions to get the ball back in our offense's hands."
Finally a D1/Pac-10 QB that is worse than Kevin Craft. Fouch is truly terrible, which Craft, when he's on, is merely mediocre. The Pac-10 is really dragging this year.
To be fair, the Wazzu QB was pretty horrid too.
The Pac 10 IS truly terrible this year. Think about it, Arizona is going to be going to a bowl. UCLA, WSU, Oregon, UW are all using Plan B QBs, or in some cases, Plan C or D. Even OSU used their 2nd string guy against us (and won). I can't get over the success Oregon Ducks are having despite their situation.
Craft should be converted to SS. He has some potential in the secondary. And I'm sure the defense would welcome him with open arms.
