Interesting article on Jrue. However, unlike Love who hit the bricks running at UCLA and looked like a pro, Holiday still looks like a very good high school senior. A bonehead pass under the basket that resulted in a turnover in a tight game like last night shows he hasn't adjusted to the college game yet. Howland clearly knows that and benched him for the rest of the game after that pass.
They say he's a quick learner. He'd better be because there's a lot he needs to learn.
The freshmen really need to step and mature quick because we can't honestly expect Dragovic step up and Aboya and Keefe just look as if they're just as soft and unadaptable as all their other years. Sooner or later defenses are going to clamp down on Collison and Shipp and we'll be forced to look for other scoring options.
