UCLA's game Thursday against Michigan in the Coaches vs. Cancer semifinal at Madison Square Garden will tip-off at 6:30 p.m. PST.
Bruins coach Ben Howland said one of the challenges of this tournament is getting his team ready to play an unknown opponent the next day. It is compounded by playing five freshmen, and will be a factor when the Bruins play Friday, against either Southern Illinois or Duke.
As for UCLA freshman guard Jrue Holiday's struggles in the first two games, Holwand said "he's learning. It's early.''
