Nikola Dragovic was released early this morning after yesterday's arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor battery on a person he co-habitated with, according to the LAPD. He has a scheduled court date for Dec. 4. UCLA's basketball team has a game at Texas that day. The court date could be delayed by the district attorney's office or by a lawyer. Also, this matter could be resolved by then.
Also, here is the story on Dragovic's arrest that was in today's paper.
