More on Moser
UCLA target Mike Moser, a wing out of Grant High or Portland, told me tonight UCLA, USC and Oregon were his top three choices, and it was "50-50" he would decide on a school before the early signing period ends Nov. 19.
He added he will visit USC and Oregon State this weekend, Both will be official visits, with the USC trip being Friday and Saturday with the Oregon State trip to follow.
I have more on Moser in Thursday's paper.

Brian what are you hearing?
Is it between UCLA and Oregon? He sounded pretty impressed after his official last weekend. It almost seems like he is trying to clear the air with these other 2 visits before he decides.
Down to UCLA, Oregon and USC and he's "50/50?" Something doesn't add up there. Sounds like a USC kid to me.
It's 50-50 he will "decide on a school before the early signing period ends". That adds up where I come from.
why is USC getting so hot at basketball recruiting...
Tim Floyd
its all about status to the kids these days, and usc is a hot school right now
Not to mention Galen Center, probably the best basketball arena in California, and also a chance to play right away as opposed to riding the pine across town.
the galen center isn't nicer than staples.
I give USC some credit. They have a decent program and a new basketball center, but c'mon. I don't see Tim Floyd staying there for many years. He will always be in the shadow of CBH in LA. All a high school athlete has to see is the NBA caliber players that CBH has developed in such a short amount of time in Westwood.
or the costco on venice..

Why? Players get free credit cards, front seats Lakers tickets, and no need to go far to sign up with agents before draft camps.
I wonder how much 'lil Romeo is contributing to the offer...
