More Tevaga

"I have to be positive," Tevaga said. "Coach Neuheisel says to be relentlessly positive, so I just got to do that every day."
I asked Tevaga if he thought his future was at UCLA.
"Yeah, because I'm a Bruin,'' he said. "This is where I wanted to go since I was little, and nothing is going to change that. I'm always going to be a Bruin. I've always wanted to go here, I'm here, and I'm going to take advantage of that opportunity and I'm not going to let it go to waste."

... Then hit the weightroom, Sonny. And learn to play like a man!!!!
Doesn't sound very sincere to me. Some kids just don't understand, being in college should be the time of your life...you will be a working stiff just like the rest of us. Looking foward to layoffs?
Can we call players that perform or act at a subpar level, "cubs" for being babies?
I don't think you can turn on and off committment as though it were a light switch. Either you have it or you don't. Sonny seems to lack committment and it would seem to this observer that it might be a bit late to turn on that switch.
