UCLA thoughts?
UCLA took a 27-7 lead midway through the fourth quarter and bowl hopes remain alive. The Bruins needs to beat Arizona State and USC to get to a bowl. Any thoughts?

ill give up my right lung for DEAN TO START!! like, please?
we're goin 3-0 and bowling baby!!
go bruinz!!
dean definitely needs to be given a couple more carries. Sure his coverage isn't as good as bell's but giving them some real time experience wouldn't hurt and could be a positive for next season
Dean should be starting!!!!!!!!
With Craft averaging 3 INTs per game, the chance to go bowling is like NONE. All of our wins are against teams with losing records. It's great that we have our first road win of the season, but ASU is not the same like U-Dub in 2 weeks.
I was very impressed with the play of Ayers.
Is it a bad sign when your best win is against Stanford?
Washington is atrocious. We couldn't give even give 'em a win if we tried...and tried we did.
Hmmmmm, Arizona St. seems to be the mirror image of UCLA this year. Inconsistent. They will shoot each other in the foot all the way to the fourth quarter. The winner keeps their bowl hopes alive. I think UCLA can win this game if Craft throws no INT's or maybe just one. It will be their first winning streak of the year as well, we need to go into the usc game on a high note and some swagger. THEY WILL NEED IT.
Team is still very bad
No chance we win either game
4 wins and your done
The Apple Cup game is going to be a real thing of beauty this year!
Carpenter is still #2 in the league in passing YPG. Craft has to be 9 or 10. I don't know that the Bruins can get another road win with Craft throwing picks all over the field. Olson should start. Two weeks to prep.
Although Bruins have their own issues this year, they did what they're supposed to do to a terrible team and beat them solidly despite the Craft interceptions. It was nice to see the offensive line start to lean on people in the 4th quarter for once.
They'll have a shot against ASU who was easily the most overrated team in the Pac this year. If Olson is healthy, I'm curious if he starts or at least gets a couple of series.
As for UW, how the mighty have fallen. Once upon a time, a trip to Husky Stadium was the toughest roadie in the Pac 10.
kiriba08 - I think you summed up the Apple Cup
sandiegobruinfan - the Huskies fans are over Neuheisel, but the Huskies demise is directly related the misdeeds (multiple) of Neuheisel. I recall how elated this board was back in December 2007 over his hire, where is the joy now? He is so desperate he is talking about junior college transfers for help, which is part of the reason Ty Willingham has no job today at the UW.
im gonna have to agree with GmanC, UCLA79 what the heck are you talking about?
