Washington returned an interception to UCLA's 11 and scored two plays later on Brandon Johnson's 7-yard run to tie it 7-7 with 44 seconds left in the first quarter.
Also, UCLA left guard Darius Savage just left the field on a cart to have his ankle/knee examined.
