Why no Carter?

I know folks asked during the weekly Q&A segments why TB Raymond Carter isn't involved in the offense. Here is what UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel said about it.
"There just aren't a lot of carries right now," Neuheisel said. "If you had 40 carries, you can go with three backs. We haven't been able to have the luxury of having those kinds of carries so it is harder to get three guys into the game."
