Is DT Tyler Stockton visiting for sure? Isn’t he planning to enroll early at ND?
He is planning to enroll early at Notre Dame, but that doesn’t preclude a kid from taking a trip. My sources told me Stockton told the coaching staff he was visiting, but I was in the Austin with the basketball team and away from football for two days, so plans may have changed.

Do Bruins have a good at landing Iuta Tepa, the DE from Long Beach Poly High?
I am not sure at this point. That one needs to play out more.

With the depth UCLA has at RB do you think the staff would consider moving Derrick Coleman to FB.
It will be considered, but only if other running backs emerge and the staff thinks there is a deficiency at fullback. I could see Coleman being used in both capacities in the future.

Marques Johnson’s son Moriah was on the same BET reality show as Johnathen Franklin and I know he was being pressured on the show by Marques to go to UCLA and wear his number. Do you know what kind of a prospect Moriah is?
I do not. This is the first I heard of it, but I will check into it. Sounds like a fun thing to look into.

All the talk has been about Dewayne Walker possibly leaving UCLA for a college head coaching job but could you see him leaving to take some sort of position in the NFL instead? I know that could be a fast track to a head coaching position as well.
I could see Walker leaving to go to the NFL, or to become a defensive coordinator at a top college program. Now, before everyone goes crazy (I’m learning about this blog stuff), I am not saying either will happen. Just merely stating I know both are possible.

Does Palcic coach the scout team offensive line or do they have ther own coach.
The graduate assistants usually look after the scout teams, which is why Palcic told me last week he didn’t see much of the offensive linemen running scout team.

What are our chances with James Jackson? Legitimate shot at flipping his commitment from OSU?
Slimmer than a slim jim. I think he wants to see what SoCal is like during winter in Michigan.

How has Jerry Johnson looked on scout team this year? What type of receiver is he from what you’ve seen… possesion, deep threat, or all around…
He has been ok, but I’ve been disappointed with his effort the last few weeks. I think he has some ability to get down the field, but the team still needs some burners to hit the deep ball.

Do you see the UCLA staff offering Will Sutton a scholarship?
Not at this time. Things have to change for Sutton off the field for that to happen.
