Lot H answer
Just got off the phone with UCLA, and was told this about Lot H.
You must have permit to park there for this game, and the permits are sold out (this is not news since UCLA sent out information about it more than a month ago).
As far as the lot opening for revelers and such, Lot H opens at 3:30 a.m., and those parking in Lot H must arrive by 9:30 a.m.
Well, then, FALSE ALARM. We are so used to getting hosed by the Athletic Department that we had no difficulty believing they would change the timing.

Any experienced tailgaters know when they will start letting in for parking on the Golf course. Emails sent out said only four hours before kickoff, but when I called UCLA they said 9am with a possibility of 7am (whatever that means.). Thanks.

I think Brian posted earlier today that general parking (aka the Golf Course) opens at 7am.
