Shipp's elbow
UCLA senior wing Josh Shipp showed up at today's media session with a neoprene sleeve on his shooting elbow. He said it was a fashion statement, and his elbow wasn't bothered him, but I tend to think otherwise.

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.

I saw him on campus moving briskly without any arm decorations.
Dohn is not saying Josh Shipp is a liar, but athletes tend to downplay their injuries, and with the big game coming up, why lament on injury problems so Texas can adjust their preparation?

I guess Dohn is now a medical expert. More like he's watched too much House. Unless he can back up his claims with some facts, he is showing that he is more of blogger than a journalist.
