When I spoke to Brian Te’o, the father of Punahou High of Honolulu standout linebacker Manti Te’o, he laid down the timetable for Manti’s decision, and how it would be done.
He said a he thought Manti would make his decision “by Monday evening,” but ESPN has asked he not say anything until Wednesday, which is signing day. He will gather with other recruits from the state at the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu and make his announcement then.
