Q&A time

| | Comments (162) |

Hopefully, you've read my conclusions on the Q&A format, which are listed below this entry. Send in the questions (less than 50 words) by 8 a.m. Friday and I will post the answers throughout the day.
I know a lot of folks are going to ask about Stan Hasiak and the "ace in the hole'' situation, so I will save everyone the time. My sources don't want it made public at this time, but did say it came as a huge surprise to UCLA that Cal came in and got him.
After signing day (Feb. 4), I believe I'll be able to say more. As for now, I will leave it at that.

Do you think Collison is helping his draft position this year? Or will he need to do it in the tournament?

Does Howland starting Dragovic signify that he has become more committed to the offensive end? The team is generally trending up in points scored each year, though it seems like our defense has gone the opposite direction since the first FF run.

Come tourney time, TV pundits like to say Pac 10 teams have an advantage because their conference schedule is typically Thursday-Saturday so they are used to the 2-day turnaround. Do you think this provides any real advantage?

2. Are there any players contemplating a transfer at this time?

3. If Bullough is not named the new DC, do you expect Neuheisel to ask the new DC to retain most of the current defensive coaching staff?

4. Do you believe the offensive line will be dramatically improved this coming 2009 season and if so, why?
