The football rules committee is meeting, and this is from the last two graphs of an Associated Press story dealing with football teams each wearing home jerseys for a game:

The committee also approved a provision allowing both teams to wear colored jerseys in games when there is a clear contrast in color and only if both teams agrees. The agreement is also subject to conference approval.
If there is not an agreement, the visiting team would wear white jerseys.

It would mean UCLA and USC could both wear home jerseys for their annual game and not be penalized a timeout for doing so.
