UCLA to play Kansas

The Bruins will host the Jayhawks, who won the 2008 NCAA Tournament, Dec. 6 at Pauley Pavilion. The game is part of the Pac-10/Big 12 Hardwood Series. Last year, UCLA played at Texas in the hardwood series.

    I thought this matchup was set a while ago. Maybe not the date, but I thought a home and home with Kansas was already a go. Good chance for Howland to make a statement early in the season.

    Could be ugly… got a very young team facing a solid Kansas team. Don’t get me wrong… I love the marquee matchups and playing on the national stage, even if we lose – I just hope we show what UCLA is all about. Go get em’ Bruins.
