Chandler to stay at TE, other stuff

| | Comments (0) |

UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel said Nate Chandler would remain at tight end through the 2009 season, and Chandler said he had no problem with it because it would help the team.
Also, injured TE Logan Paulsen said another set x-rays were inconclusive and there was a problem transmitting a CT-scan to UCLA, so he did not have an answer as to whether he has a broken bone in his right foot.
However, he said he expects to be ready for the upcoming season.
There were a number of dropped passes in practice, and UCLA's receivers are still having trouble getting off the line of scrimmage in drills, and that is bogging down the passing game.
At practice was Narbonne High safety Sean Parker, one of the top prospects in SoCal.
