Forcier's plight

Here is the notebook I wrote for today's paper, which includes an update on Chris Foricer, the QB spot and a likely staff addition.
Also, just because Forcier is at spring practice doesn't mean he will remain with the program next season.
"If Chris decides there's a better place for him, which is the case with anybody in our program, I'm going to whole-heartedly get behind him,'' UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel said. "You only get one chance in college. His years are his years. My job is to put the pieces together with our team, so that we put the best team possible on the field."

Come on over to USC, Chris - plenty of room for talented players to contribute and compete for playing time. You'd be a great addition!
