Quarterback Chris Forcier, who was granted a release from UCLA, was looking at Ball State and Purdue for possible transfer options.
Since UCLA’s quarter began Monday and the Bruins start spring practice Thursday, there has been some chatter Forcier could change his mind and return to the team and play receiver.
I asked Bruins coach Rick Neuheisel is he expected Forcier to be at Thursday’s practice.
“I don’t think he’ll be around for spring,” Neuheisel said.
