I have been to spring practices and thought that the offense was really showing promise, and although these stats do show progress as compared to last year, they also show we are a far ways away from being highly competitive. All in all, I would say the offense disappointed and if that is a sign of things to come, it could be a long season, again.
Just a curiosity -- but I see seventeen completions under QBs but only 9 receptions under receivers ???
Bad math. Just kidding. I didn't list all the receivers who had one catch. So the list is just leading receivers.
Thanks for the stats! Looks like we are getting postive rush yards. Thats a great start! especially against our defense. I wish I was there
Losing Paulsen would be a huge blow.
wait a sec, hold yer horses man!! are u saying craft thru one int and had one fumble??? hes improving!!! LOL j/k
Jill, was Franklin running against the first defense, second, or both?
What else is new? A new day. A new interception for Craft. This guy really sucks and will go down in history as UCLA's worse staring QB EVER.
Bruin Blue:
I don't think losing Paulsen would be huge at all. I actually have always thought Ryan Moya was better. To me he looks bigger than Paulsen and he catches everything thrown his way. Look at the year he had last year with a crappy QB.
Still WAY too many sacks. I can;t wait until all the JC and Freshman linemen get on campus.
Actually i think Mcleod Bethel-Thompson might be one of the worst starting Qb's ever i mean 5 picks vs a really really really bad Notre Dame team is pretty aweful
Come on leave Kevin Pick Six Craft alone. Just for arguments sake Crafts game against Arizona State was worse that MBT against Notre Dame.
I have to admit, I thought Brehaut was on Barkley's level but seeing what he is doing against USC's defense so far and what Brehaut is doing against ours is suprising.
I saw both Barkley and Brehaut in HS and I'm not surprised at all by whats happened so far in spring to both of them. Brehaut was good, but Barkley had great physical abilities that Bre lacks...height and incredible arm strength are two of them.
