Too bad that nice catch by Forcier was called back.

The quarterback stats are very unfair. I was at the game and saw countless dropped balls that hit the receivers right between the numbers. Kind of obvious, but the coaches really need to work on our receivers consistently being able to catch the ball. The O-line was understandably terrible, with all the runs of significant length being against the 2nd and 3rd string D-lines. Big news in the defensive department. They dominated. Verner had a nice pick. Price stacked up the run every time he played.
Overall, the defense is where it needs to be. As far as the offense goes, once the O-linemen can even slightly hold their ground, we will be in decent shape. The runningbacks showed some explosive bursts. The quarterbacks just need to get on the same page as the receivers in some cases. Although, as Dohn has been saying, nothing will be definate until fall camp. So I guess the waiting begins now...

Brian...thanks for all the work during spring practice and of course throughout the year. Take a nice deserved break and enjoy your family. Kids grow up very fast.

Brian, were you wearing a red jacket yesterday? I was looking for you, and I thought I saw you standing near CRN?
