Hoops camp, part II

UCLA concluded its advanced skills camp, and two of the most impressive players were Chaparral of Temecula class of 2012 product Xavier Johnson and Edison High of Fresno class of 2012 center Robert Upshaw.
The coaches spent a significant amount of time talking to Johnson, a 6-foot-4 wing.
Upshaw has some nice moves in the low post, and it will be very interesting to watch his development over the next few years.
Class of 2011 center Angelo Chol of Hoover of San Diego was also impressive from an athletic and understanding viewpoint.
Also, Shabazz Muhammad, a class of 2012 wing from Las Vegas Bishop Gorman, was in attendance Monday despite not being able to play because of a toe injury.
