Here is the fourth set:

Can you confirm that USC has formally banned all athletes named OJ?
Not only that, but I heard now all breakfast tables on the campus can only carry Grapefruit, Tomato and Cranberry juice.

Are there any sports you currently play on a pickup or rec league or just for fun basis? What is the sport you were best at growing up?
I play soccer in a rec league, and my best sport growing up was golf, although I dabbled in hockey, basketball, baseball and football.

What's up with this since of entitlement from recruits and how does UCLA's recruiting philosophy translate into lack of respect?
I have no idea what you are talking about.

If a college football team was guaranteed of having an All-America performer at one position year after year, which position do you think is most important? Which position do you think Neuseisal would choose?
Quarterback. I think every coach in the nation would take quarterback since it is, by far, the most important spot on the field.

If a UCLA player scoops you on a coaching change via Twitter, will that be your signal to finally hang it up?
No, but I did find it interesting that Kevin Love beat everyone to the punch. Hey, the players usually are the last to know, so maybe that shows how much the T'wolves like Love.

You've got ink, maybe you lift, and you're no douby Jersey tough...but are you man enough to spend a season on a crab boat?
If the crab boat is fishing off in the Caribbean perhaps, but no way in the Bering Sea. Oh, and did I mention I get sea sick. I think that could be a deal breaker before we leave Dutch Harbor.

I do not want to push you on the topic of silent commits, but I was wondering if you could disclose if we have multiple silent's or just one?
After McDonald went public, I know of one other silent commit. Let the guessing begin and the posts on message boards flow. Enjoy!

Given the losses of recruits by Arizona, the injuries mounting up just at UCLA, and the obvious drop off forthcoming at USC, how bad do you think the upcoming season will be for the Pac-10 in basketball from what you know? Comparable to UCLA's football offense last year?
I think the Pac-10 may only get four teams in the NCAA tournament because the talent level will be so low. Even UCLA, if fully healthy, will be young and inexperienced, and that could be a problem.

hey dohn, do you believe Dalton Hilliard will eventually become a runningback despite being recruited as a safety? I think he might end up in the same boat as Jonathan Franklin.

About Inside UCLA

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
