Incoming freshman linebacker Jared Koster has a sports hernia and told me he likely will have surgery to repair it and defensive end Chinonso Anyanwu has a hip injury that likely will require surgery and keep him out at the start of training camp.
Dohn, do you think that Josh Smith will clear up his academic issues? And what is the status of the walk-ons? Are they on campus yet or do they arrive later?

Did they ask walk-on Andrew Curtis to camp? 2-way starter from Loyola but understand he'll be on defense, DE/linebacker. He definitely should be at camp.
