Hey all,
Thanks again for being so kind during the last few days. It's certainly been a fun ride. Unfortunately - well, extremely fortunately for me! - I'll be in Hawaii for my best friend's wedding today through Monday.
I've put a couple calls in to some major recruits, guys who I know you're JONES-ing to know about, and I hope to chat with them from Hawaii.
Man, that's awful. Blogging from Hawaii. Ah well, it's not like I own a surfboard. Or can surf.

Ugh anyone but Jill. Seriously this is NOT a sexist thing and I am not a trojan. She has to split her attention around multiple beats and I can't stand her posting style.
Jon, you've been doing a great job so far! I really appreciate everything you bring to the blog. Hopefully you'll be around for a while and keep giving us the great information that you have. I'll be in Hawaii on Sunday...maybe I'll see you there? I also have a friend getting married on Friday out there! Small world... Have fun!
Personally, I actually think you are better than Dohn in some ways Jon. Your writing style is definitely more enthusiastic, and it's quite refreshing. Hoping you'll stay around.

Just think, IF Brett Favre really did play for Minnesota next year and IF Kahlil Bell made the team, Bell could be catching passes from Favre out of the backfield. Unlikely, yes, but never say never.

In some ways, I feel like these last few days were a bad thing. We went weeks without an update on the blog, and now the last 2 days have been incredible. I think I even prefer Jon to Dohn because of his clear enthusiasm for UCLA athletics. But now after this incredible ride, we are stuck with Jill again....Please Daily News, make the right decision and keep this guy on the blog full time.

As a sub, Jill has done a fine job - I've read this blog every day (almost) for 2+ years and I still can't figure out what these people's problems are.
That said, Jon's a keeper and he's got my vote.
I meant kudos to this post: Jill is NOT taking time out of her day to do us a favor. This IS part of her job, as assigned by her boss. We owe her nothing, but she owes us some good info seeing as how she is being paid to do do so.
It is embarrasing to me how some bruin fans act on this blog. We should hold ourselves to higher standards. If you don't like Jills blog, then simply don't read it!
