What's more important to you?

Well, we've alreayd landed one of them, so we could only land 3 more. That being said, I can't believe some people still voted for landing the recruits as more important than winnning at Stanford. WTF? Goes to show the mentality of some fans on here.

We are playing for an undefeated record and first place in the Pac-10 here guys. HELLOOOO!!!! Not to mention some big time FB recruits. If we don't get any BB commits this weekend, it doesn't mean we can't get them later. BB recruiting battles aren't won in October anyway.

Call it blasphemy, but I've said it over and over that I'm a football guy first and foremost to the point that I'd trade the Wooden era for a BCS championship.

BB recruiting battles are won in october because BB recruits can sign in november! which last time i check is right after october, and when does october start? oh yea, it already has!

I’m sick of these one and done “I do it because they make me” guys anyway. Truly how much did Jrue help the Bruins last season? Let’s get into a BCS game this year and a BCS Championship within the next two years. BF says it all; get it together Bruin fans it’s been way to long.

UCLA football is more important because it helps to fund the non-revenue sports. The revenue difference between a BCS game and a non-BCS is significant.

This is easy, take the 4-0 vote and still get 3 recruits. Smith, McCallum, Lamb. Or if not McCallum then Zeigler and get Stargell Love later. Check him out on You Tube, the fastest, finishing PG we would have since Baron.

Agree with miltk. I am surprised at the results thus far in this poll. While I follow both UCLA fball and bball religiously... we are a bball school first. It is so hard to build up a dynasty, but so easy to take down - see Lavin years. Football will get there, but bball is already there and in order to stay there... we need the recruits.

Let's get all the BB recruits and win the Stanford football game in dominating fashion. Come on Gold stop setting up devisive polls setting one Bruin to argue against another. We are one Blue and Gold Nation. I am for UCLA winning any and every contest in every sport from rowing to cross country. And while we are wishing about pie in the sky, how about 5 or 6 national championships in all the Bruin sports, men and women, for 2009-10. I would prefer to see no silly polls and more information of all types from recruiting to interviews to your insights.
