Stan Hasiak back at practice

| | Comments (11) |

Freshman offensive guard Stan Hasiak was back at practice today and UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel had this to say:

"All of these things require conversations between the head coach and the individual, and I'm just glad to have him back. He's on our team, he's in full participation mode now. I'm not worried about seeing much from Stanley. I want him just to be like everybody else on the team. Do what we're asking him to do, do it with a great attitude and enjoy that he's at a great university.
"The rest will take care of itself."

I'm glad he's back too. Hopefully he learned from it and will get it together. It sounds to me like this was initiated by Neuheisel.

Sounds like Neuheisel told him to go take some time off and get his head and attitude straight and come back when he was ready and commited.

I like the way CRN handled this. He did what he had to do and hopefully got his point accross.

Does anybody have info on this situation? What exactly happened?

Yeah Prodigal, I think it was Tevaga, but his problem was more grades and the classroom. Although attitude did play into it also. It definitely wasn't Savage though.
