Ayers finds a new fan

Temple head coach Al Golden has found a new favorite player after watching UCLA's game film for the previous few weeks.

He rang off some of UCLA's best defenders with ease, casually mentioning Reggie Carter, Brian Price and Rahim Moore. But he saved his best words for Akeem Ayers.

"One of my favorite players is No. 10, Ayers," Golden said. "He's an incredible player. There are some other guys who are more heralded right now. But I thought he was tremendous."

very interesting foresight... or very good film sessions? Either way #10 turns out to be MVP. I would say coach Golden studied the the video quite well.
