Post-practice update
* Pretty standard early prep workout today, with some scrimmaging and very little "game-plan" focus.
* There was a bit of extra conditioning after practice, surely to make up for The Wall, but overall it was just a typical practice with higher intensity.
* Temple game-plan installation was supposed to be installed tomorrow; it was moved back a day. UCLA has Sunday off, and Neuheisel said he might reschedule a practice but added, "If I get what I want in the next few days, I think we'll be fine.
* Reggie Carter was back at practice after dealing with some classwork issues.
* Neuheisel said the team was going bowling later today and then collectively to the taping of the Jay Leno show.
* Every player will be able to travel to the bowl and coaches' families get to go, as well. "It's a reward like any other," Neuheisel said.

That sounds like a backhanded compliment. If you're a trojan fan (90% chance you never even went to their school), get lost.
The rest of us have a Wash DC bowl game to look forward to.

I'm also ordering a stockpile of 2009 Emerald Bowl tees with the USC helmet prominently featured for all greedy pig, self-entitled USC fans who complained about being relegated to the Rose Bowl in years past. Anon @2:04 pm: I didn't even graduate from UCLA, and am extremely proud to be a fan of the best non-professional football (and basketball) team in Los Angeles! Oh, for those of you who can't quite understand because of lack of a suitable, university education, a professional team means the players are paid with cash, free housing in apts, etc.
nice of this 1st poster to praise us for our courage which he must admire since he clearly lacks it himself, hiding behind the Anonymous label.
