Quotables: Kevin Prince
On his shoulder:
"There are still some throws that cause some pain, and it takes a little while to warm it up and get it loose, but once it's loose it feels pretty good. Once you get going in a game, you hardly notice that kind of stuff. For the most part, most of the throws I made today, I was fine. I'd say 85 percent of them."
On whether the east coast weather will have an effect on his shoulder:
"I'll have to be real alert as to staying warm and warming up on the sidelines before each drive. It was something I had to do at Washington State, just to make sure, and that was when I was feeling fine. I'll be extra cautious."
On preparing for a bowl team with only a few week notice:
"We knew we were playing Kansas State in Week 3, but we didn't sit there watching them. We focused on San Diego State, then Tennessee, then Kansas State. It's the same thing - we have more of an advantage now, being able to watch film for two, three weeks. In the regular season, we have a week. We don't go ahead - we have to focus on every game at a time."

If there's any doubt, Prince should sit. We saw against SC what happens on the other 15% of throws...
prince is a baller. a real baller who doesnt slide to avoid linebackers, although id like him, but still a ballers mentality. kids tough he will play well
I hope Kevin can break the injury cycle but I have my doubts. Time for Coach Rick to look long and hard for a suitable replacement. Maybe Nottingham will step up as a true frosh next season.
I agree that Prince should sit out, he could easily re-injure his shoulder. I wanna see Brehaut start and if he can't get it done, let Craft take over.
