Quotables: Malcolm Lee

On losing five straight:
"It was real tough. Frustrating. I don't think I ever lost five games in a row. It was really frustrating. At times you can catch yourself getting down on yourself. At the end of the day, you have to put it behind you. It kind of bothers you because we know we should be better."

On winning:
"A win is a win. We came out and played hard, no matter who the other team was going to be. We were just playing our game this game. Getting a rebound and pushing it. Playing defense for the majority of the game. For the most part, we played hard and played defense, every minute like it was our last."

On the team's poor shooting
"It surprises us a lot. We can't let the next shot get to us. We need to keep playing and keep having confidence. That comes with playing in our game and getting into the open court. The half-court comes more easily, then."
