Temple 21-7

| | Comments (7) |

After a Kevin Prince interception - and a Chane Moline facemask on the ensuing return - gave Temple the ball at the UCLA 15-yard line, Owls running back Matt Brown capped off a short drive with a 2-yard touchdown run.
The UCLA defense just looked exhausted on that drive.

Drive Time: 4 plays, 15 yards, 2:12

Guys, you can't allow yourselves to lose to Temple. This is just the lowest of the low.

Has ucla noticed how the Owls are jumping up and down on their sideline?-- Maybe the bruins should cross over the field as they so often do and demand some respect.

Actually, this game is shaping up to be one of the best of the weekend. Temple needed a big lead to have a chance, but I see a ucla comeback in the second half, and a very close finish, one way or the other.

Kevin Prince and Norm Chow are losing this game for us by themselves. Prince is not anywear near 100% and cannot come close to hitting a wide open receiver. Chow is killing us with his timing of calls and gameplan.

The defense has been on the field the whole first half so you can't blame them although our DBs are getting jobbed.

We need Craft in the 2nd half and a mix of inside/outside run plays and play action pass. We have a lot of time to catch up yet knowing Chow he will try to get it back right away. He will be throwing the ball with Prince so we are in for more 3 and outs, which will leave the defense on the field all game again allowing Temple to score. Uggg!!!!

Craft's accuracy is the problem, not Chow's plays...

Logan Paulsen is also the problem. Glad to know this is his last game. Good luck in the NFL.
