UCLA in the Shrine Game
From UCLA:
"Four members of the Bruin football team competed in today's East-West Shrine Game in Orlando, FL - receiver/kick returner Terrence Austin, linebacker Reggie Carter, h-back Ryan Moya and cornerback Alterraun Verner.
Moya scored one of the West's two touchdowns - an eight-yard reception from BYU's Max Hall. Overall,he made two catches for 11 yards and carried the ball once for four yards.
Austin made two receptions for 18 yards (the West only had 12 completions), averaged 8.0 yards on two punt returns (one for 15) and had 24 yards on two kickoff returns.
Verner returned one kickoff (13 yards) and one punt. On defense, he made three solo tackles and broke up one pass.
Carter was third on the West team with five tackles (four solos), including one for a two-yard loss.
The East defeated the West, 13-10, scoring the winning touchdown with six seconds remaining in the game."

"Moya scored one of the West's two touchdowns..."
"The East defeated the West, 13-10..."
That doesn't make any sense.
there was only one TD for the west
Apparently the UCLA football SID can't count.
Must of meant 1 of the game's 2 td's.
Some blogs say Notre Dame's Teo is delaying his mission, which would negate any possibility of him ending up at UCLA
If there were only two touchdowns scored in the game, with one scored by the West, there would be no way Austin can return 2 kickoffs (for 24 yds) and Verner return 1 (for 13 yds).
This entry needs to be rewritten
Hello... lets go back to Football 101:
The East scored 3 times (FG, FG, TD = 3 + 3 + 7 = 13)
Therefore, 3 kickoffs
Actually 4 genius. You are forgetting the one to start the game or the second half.
Genius!!!
