Now I've heard from a very good source that DeAnthony Thomas may be leaning to SC. Wright might be the right replacement.

IMHO, Wright looks just as good if not better than Thomas. I watched highlight videos of both and it appears to me that Wright is faster, shiftier and seems to have very good balance. Not to mention, he is taller and heavier. What's not to like? You can always use a top notch running back. Thanks for the info Jon.

wow. why so many haters. wright looks like a great prospect. even though we are stacked at the rb position right now you never know which running backs end up being busts or end up leaving.
i would hate to see him end up at cal only to turn into another marshawn lynch or jahvid best when he wants to be a bruin.
Wright is an awesome HB.. But Thomas is WAYYYYYY faster.. Thomas is the fastest high school running back I have ever seen. And I watched Darrell Scott play at Bonnie, Whitney Lewis, and Lorenzo Booker. And Thomas is faster than all of them. The only HB that might give him a run for his money in pure speed that I've seen in person is Chad Kackert.

Anyway, I saw footage of Wright and what first struck me is that he is a no BS type of running back that gets the job done. Besides, he looks to be really fast. A lot of things can happen for this guy between now and signing day next year. But if Wright wants to play his heart out on a team that is undoubtedly on the rise, UCLA is the place to be.

Mamba will be a Bruin. I have it from good sources that SC is his #1, but that he is not willing to sit at home during bowl season. His family wants him to stay local and he will go to UCLA.
