On the Pullard/Shirley flip flop
I'm hearing from good sources that as soon as UCLA found out that Hayes Pullard was heading to USC, they put the full-court press on Josh Shirley. I'm told they basically sold Shirley on that spot.
Another note: Brandon Huffman calls Shirley the Bruins' best get of the class.
makes sense, i think shirley always wanted to be a bruin, but ucla never showed him enough love ... great get!
By virtue of where he plays, Marsh is the best get in the class. Everyone else is expendable.
