On what Pro Day means to him:
"Business, man, this will make-or-break you. Today was the day I've been waiting for since I was a baby, a little kid, especially since I've been here at UCLA. It was an important day."

On his performance:
I had my ups-and-downs. I thought I started off pretty good. Probably should've finished a little better. You take it for what it was. You lose some, you win some. It's really about how mentally tough you are. So I had a cool day, it wasn't great. Hopefully I'll be given another opportunity to show what I can do. Good thing is there's always time to improve. I'm still young."

On what he could've done better:
"I think I did well on the lifting part. The second half, the drills, I slipped on one of the drills and I probably should've stopped, but I was just trying to focus on finishing. I should've stopped. I adjusted to the elements, just like if coach made an adjustment in a game and I needed to adjust to it. I just wasn't able to adjust as fast as I'd like to."

On the difference between being someone who proves it on Saturdays and someone who is a workout warrior:
"If I could've done that, then yeah. I could've run faster and help myself, but regardless of that, if this was to get me there or something else was to get me there, when I get there, they'll see I can play football. I'm gonna succeed, I just have to get there first. I just have to get in the door. Once I get in, I'm gonna eat."
